Healthy, sustainable, social and local. These are the ingredients for the new concept DICHTBIJ (translation: CLOSE BY). Van Leeuwen Catering focuses on modern working people. With a changing assortment in which healthy and sustainable products are the main focus. These are necessary to work well and to get through the day refreshed. There is a tasty selection at any time of the day. From the \u2018healthy morning\u2019 with coffee\/tea, a sandwich and a piece of hand fruit to lunch with toasties and freshly made sandwiches. In the afternoon, the \u2018tasty afternoon\u2019 with coffee or tea and a local treat.<\/p>\n

Local and connecting
\n<\/strong>DICHTBIJ has a local and connecting character. You have the opportunity to make a conscious, healthy, sustainable and social choice. Van Leeuwen Catering also works with people who are distanced from the labour market. Based on the idea: everyone participates! Ninety percent of the assortment is locally or sustainably sourced. DICHTBIJ complies with ‘silver’ guideline of the Voedingscentrum (translation: Nutrition Centre). With the bottles of H20 from the municipality of our domicile Leidschendam-Voorburg, we support local charities, while you have a delicious bottle of spring water.<\/p>\n

Fresh and traditionally prepared
\n<\/strong>Van Leeuwen Catering works with fresh ingredients and we prepare the products using traditional methods. Recognisable home-made products such as salads and soups characterise DICHTBIJ, with fresh bread from the artisanal baker. You will also find a small, healthy hot meal for lunch, such as a delicious fresh pasta or a sandwich for variety at DICHTBIJ. From now on, you can stay ‘close by’ for a nice lunch.
