IT-Specialist
32-38 hours per week
As an IT Specialist, you know how to utilize data to optimize business processes. You translate plans for the development of business processes into concrete steps and guide management and employees through the implementation of changes.
You are excellent in hands-on work. Installing computers and cash register systems is something you enjoy to do, as well you are the first point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving issues at the locations. You actively participate in brainstorm sessions for process optimization.
Work Description:
- You analyze the business processes;
- You work on the optimization of the business processes;
- You create requirements for developers;
- You implement the optimized processes and provide support to employees during the rollout;
- You gather data to support data-driven decision-making;
- You assist employees in using ICT, equipment, and systems;
- You oversee the proper use of ICT, equipment, and systems, ensuring smooth processes and accurate data entry.
